Rising D.C. star rapper Balla has been a tear recently with millions of streams and features from some of the hottest artists in the game, such as Big Scarr and Big30. He's hitting the ground running again with a hard-hitting new track titled On Me," which shows the real heart of the trenches of D.C., aka Simple City.
