Staxkz is a gem from New York City

Staxkz Official was born and raised in Queens, NY, and moved to Elmont, NY, at an early age. At the age of 14, he began writing and experiencing different elements of music. His first passion was becoming a movie director as he finished high school, but the calling to make music overpowered everything else. After releasing his first single, "Sertified" he began to receive a lot of attention throughout the Queens, Long Island community, various blogs, and fellow NY artists such as 2 Milly and Swift On Demand took notice.

His "Official Way" Mixtapes demonstrate Staxkz Official's wide variety of flows and styles as he adds his touch to many relevant records across the music scene. His most recent project, "Far from Drill," shows his different types demonstrating that even though he's from NY, he doesn't have to rap on a drill beat. With Staxkz Official constantly writing and working in the studio, who knows what hell drop next, but be best assured that it will be heat.
