Lil Murden PROTECTS THE BAG IN 'TRICKS' MUSIC VIDEO

Lil Murden developed a special skillset of “Tricks” early on in life while growing up the south side of Winston-Salem, NC in order to protect the bag.

With his latest release, Big Murden adds to his running streak of versatile bangers another neck-snapping bop proving he has perfectly mastered the club-ready, street-facing hip hop formula embedded throughout his discography.

“Tricks ain’t for kids/Bae stop lying to that boy/That thang ain’t his baby,” Lil Murden raps on the opening hook.

The eye-catching Bosh Novart-directed visual captures Lil Murden stunting all over the city as he moves from location to location while dodging the negativity his shorties throw his way. The video takes a surprising twist when a low-down-dirty female attempts to rob Big Murden of his stash of cash, which he was apparently well aware of the entire time.

After breaking out with his 2018 album Choices, Lil Murden went on to collaborate with artists such as Cocaine Mali, Fetty P Franklin and more. Lil Murden reached new heights in 2021 upon the release of his 14-track Gangsta album, home to his fan-favorite “Forgot To Slide” — which also accumulated well over 100k YouTube views.

While Lil Murden is still promoting his hood-classic Gangsta album, he has maintained a productive output throughout 2022 and delivered several standout features, including his guest appearance on the Tre Fo Boyz Money Hungry Buffon album this year.
