Nicki Minaj Drops Selfie Music Video For "Chun-Li"
Rapper Nicki Minaj has been in the headlines these past couple of days - from releasing two new songs in one day, to addressing the Cardi B/Quavo/Motorsport feud. Her name is also trending on the internet today, as she releases the visual for her song "Chun-Li".
The selfie-style, vertical video gives us a close-up of Nicki, dressed in a black and leather ensemble, while showing off her curves and lounging on a sofa under a bright pink neon light. The “Street Fighter”-themed anthem is one of two tracks that Nicki released earlier this week - the other is "Barbie Tingz". Both songs are set to appear on her upcoming album, the follow-up to 2014's The Pinkprint.
According to Minaj, she said in a recent interview “[fans] are gonna love the title of the album. It fits everything that I am right now, where I am in my life.”
