Look Out For Toronto's Savannah Ré

As Torontonians, we always hear about the male rappers and R&B singers emerging from this great city - but what about the female artists? R&B songstress Savannah Ré is a name that you will definitely want to keep an eye out for, as this singer is slowly making a name for herself far beyond her hometown of Toronto.

Savannah has been in the music scene for a few years, having released a mixtape in 2013, and is now ready to introduce the world to her authentic and confident sound. She shares the lessons life has taught her through her songs and isn't afraid to do so. From defining perfection in her own words on "Impressed" to reminding her ex that he is no longer welcome on "Be Careful", Ré lays it all out and shares with us her life experiences, good or bad.

As far as live performances go, Savannah opened up for Toronto native Jessie Reyez last year and just recently, she performed three shows at the famous SXSW music festival, including the 6XSW showcase, a show that features an array of Toronto's rising artists.
