It seems as though a lot of artist have been taking hiatuses to get their music together, Lil Yachty is one of the latest rappers coming off of their long break from the hip-hop scene.
The young successor has just released his second project “Lil Boat 2” which is a follow up to his original mixtape “Lil Boat.” Yachty puts a lot of enthusiasm behind his return to music and we’re sure fans are excited about the new sounds he has to offer.
Here’s what Yachty has to say about the music:
“It’s the complete opposite of Teenage Emotions. This is like turn up [strip club] shit. Still club, mosh pit festival, young youth push each other shit. This is what that is,” Yachty says. “My last album was all singy/ melodic, I just put a pause on it. This is turnt up, amped up. This is straight for the kids, straight for the youth,”
The Mixtape is stacked with 17 songs and features artist like: Pnbrock, Offset, 2Chainz, Quavo, Tee Grizzley, NBA YoungBoy, Lil Pump, and Trippie Redd.
